Our borrowers were purchasing a light industrial building and the business being operated in the building.

We were able to provide a long-term loan on the real estate purchase. The borrowers obtained an SBA loan for the business.

The dual nature of the transaction made this loan more convoluted than a simple purchase. Other lenders were unwilling to fund such a loan because of all the moving parts. But we were able to cruise through the complicated underwriting and fund the loan.
