Our staff will review your answers and follow up with you as soon as possible (typically within 24-48 hours from submission, unless the form was submitted on a weekend or holiday).

Here is what you can expect:​

  • We will review your answers and respond within 24-48 hours.
  • If all looks good, we will send additional documents to you to get the ball rolling and begin the funding process.
  • You will NOT be charged any “application fees” of any kind. 
  • Typical funding time frame is 3-5 weeks. Some loans can fund a lot faster, depending upon your unique property and circumstances.
  • We will be asking you for additional information about your property.  Your response speed will be a great factor in how quickly we can get you funded
  • If our research shows that we cannot fund you for some reason, we will let you know, and make suggestions as to what might be a good path for you to obtain the funds you seek.
